GCJ02-50-IALJG Weighing type automatic liquid filling machine 

Main features: 

This filling machine is suitable for the filling of wide open round barrels within 50 kg. 

It’s equipped with barrel push mechanism and automatic cap placing machine. It is also equipped with cap clipping machine 

for iron barrels or rolling capper for plastic barrels.And cap clipping and cap rolling functions can be choosed 

according to customer requirement. Since it is economical and practical, this filling machine is preferred in medium enterprise. 

Suitable material:

Coating, paint, ink, glue, curing agent, solvent, chemicals, detergent, pestiside, medicine, lubrication oil and all kinds of flowing liquid.

Main functions:

Manual barrels supply, automatic filling, automatic barrels push to the power conveyor.

Automatic cap placing, automatic cap clipping and automatic cap rolling choosable.

J is for clipping, G is for cap rolling.

Double heads filling and single head filling choosable

I is the hopper type, II is for closed type filling head.

A is normal model ,B is explosion proof model

Explosion proof grade: EXD IIBT6
